Comfort and sparks. The first half is the air conditioning as the factory specified it — refrigerant, charge capacity, the pressures at which the compressor is cut back and cut off, and the torque values for its lines and sensors.
The second half is a quick-facts drawer for the electrical system: battery, generator and starter headline numbers, the approved spark plugs and their gap, and the bulb charts for every lamp inside and out. Where the manual’s own tables did not survive intact, the chapter says so rather than guessing — and note that the manual never printed one consolidated fuse chart; fuse assignments live in its wiring diagrams, a point the chapter flags where it belongs.

Fuses / relays
No consolidated fuse/relay application table exists in the manual text — fuse assignments appear in the Group 8W wiring diagrams and in individual system sections (e.g., Engine Fuse Block Fuse 2 = 50 A, radiator fan; Underhood Accessory Fuse Block Fuse 32 = wiper system; Brake Lamp Relay located in the Underhood Accessory Fuse Block).
