Life flying by so fast. Hold on tight. One day your in school the next day your married. The years we need for ourselves gone. Looking forward to time together – time alone. Little ones growing up so fast. Doing alright , thought we be better off. Enjoy life everyday, you live longer that way. You never get back missed opportunity. Fear of the unknown will paralyze you. People don’t change, just the day to day stuff. Hold on tight another bump is coming.
Took the smoothest road sometimes, should have kept off it. Gave up on life a little, went through the motions.
When I was young, and I was just a kid, foolish things we done. The first taste of life, all the dreams in the forefront. Everything ahead nothing behind. Hold on tight. Finding a brand new life, wont go quietly into the past. It is the journey that is the fantasy.
Starting over, doing things for me. Flying low, just one step from crashing. This crazy world flying by at full speed without keeping score with others. Hold on tight. As I stand quietly feeling strength in knowing that a new adventure awaits, a fantasy is just around the corner and enjoying the hell out of it, but I wonder what new regrets are on their way. Another life, another place, another everything in a blink of eye.
